Dwight Goins is the Microsoft Integration Practice Lead at Nimbo, Inc. Dwight spends most of his time leading his team to implement System Integration solutions using Agile methodologies with Fortune 500 clients. For example, he was the lead architect for a Microsoft ESB Integration solution for the entire Royal Caribbean cruise line fleet. He has also implemented an intranet, extranet, and public-facing web site with a Microsoft SharePoint and Amazon cloud solution for Tyco. Along with this, he helped orchestrate, debug, and fix some of the toughest integration issues for JM Family, one of the largest Toyota distributors in the US.
In his previous incarnation, he was a consultant/trainer with private-sector companies such as HP and Microsoft. In this role, he traveled across the world teaching in countries such as Sweden, China, Belgium, UK, Czech Republic, Russia, Portugal, France and many others. These international ventures covered Microsoft Integration, Embedded Devices, Cloud and Web Based platforms, as saw him develop many proof-of-concepts which eventually resulted in production quality solutions. His many talents includes being a senior level architect, consultant, trainer, and developer. He is active in newsgroups, forums, and blogs, and is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional. He is an open-source advocate with many contributions to open-source projects on github and codeplex. He also is a regular contributor to the Linux community.
